Classes are designed to build strength, mobility, and also to allow you to find some routine, and relaxation, at this difficult time.
Our Stretch and Lengthen and Self Care classes are also perfect for desk-sitters, and those who need to unlock their body from stress or a sedentary lifestyle. Remember, you don't need to be flexible prior joining — this is what we're here to help you with!
