Produced from a single block within a single vineyard. The 2018 Reserve was mixture of clones from a well-established vineyard in Bannockburn. Only three barrels were selected for this wine. An aromatic, elegant and complex Pinot Noir which is a superb match with venison or beef dishes. Entirely hand-made and basket-pressed in Dunedin. A wine that will reward cellaring for 5-8 years. Unfined and unfiltered. 750ml.
